Southwestern Ham Steak
Instructions:
Serve with one of our fresh salsas . 2 teaspoons chili powder 1â„2 teaspoon ground cumin 1â„4 teaspoon ground coriander 1â„4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne) 1â„4 teaspoon sugar 1 fully cooked smoked ham center slice, 1â„2 inch thick (11â„4 pounds)
Makes 4 main-dish servings. Prep: 5 minutes Grill: 8 minutes
- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat.
- In small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, coriander, ground red pepper, and sugar. Use to rub on ham steak.
- Place ham steak on grill and cook until heated through and lightly browned, about 4 minutes per side.
