Spaghetti and Meatballs
Instructions:
- 1 Lb. Spaghetti
- Meatballs:
- 1 Lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion, Chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Grated ParmesanCheese
- 1 Tbsp. Dried Parsley
- 1 Tsp. Dried Basil
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- Sauce:
- 1 Can (14-16 oz) Crushed Tomatos
- 1 Tbsp. Dried Parsley
- 1 Tsp. Dried Basil
- Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees.
- Cook Spaghetti as directed on package.
- Mix all ingredients for Meatballs and roll into balls.
- Place into a baking dish and bake until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
- In a large sauce pan, mix all the Sauce ingredients.
- Then add the Meatballs.
- Cook for 1.5 hours until grease forms on top of sauce.
- Serve with spaghetti.
