Speckled potatoes
Instructions:
- 6 medium red potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced;
- 1⁄2 cup onion, minced;
- 1 clove garlic,minced;
- 1 chicken bouillon cube;
- 1⁄2 cup chopped parsley;
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large saucepan with one inch of water, combine potatoes, onions, garlic, and bouillon cube.
- Cover and cook 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Add parsley; cook 5 minutes more, or until potatoes are tender; drain water.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
