Spiced stone fruit sauce
Instructions:
- Stir together the orange juice concentrate, 1/2 cup of the chutney, and the Madeira in a large saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring until the concentrate and chutney melt.
- Add the fruit and gently stir to coat. The fruit should be lightly coated and moist, so stir in more melted chutney if needed. Serve warm.
- What else works? You can use other stone fruit, such as pluots or nectarines.
