Spicy mini-meatballs
Instructions:
1 1/2 tablespoons light rum, 1 garlic clove, pressed, 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Bake at 300 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. Enjoy Spicy mini-meatballs!
