Squash Fritters
Instructions:
- 2 cups of shredded raw squash
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- Mix all of the ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls into hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown on all sides.
