STEAK AND MUSHROOMS
Instructions:
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups onions, diced
- 1/4 cups margarine
- 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 round steak, cut into 1/4s
- flour
- Mix salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder with flour and put into a gallon zip-lock.
- Put one 1/4 steak at a time into bag, shake and coat thoroughly.
- Sauté in large skillet in margarine for 5 minutes.
- Add onion and mushrooms. Cook another 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Simmer 45 minutes
