Strawberries with Bourbon and Whipped Cream
Instructions:
- 2 quarts ripe strawberries, with stems
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Wash the strawberries and leave the stems attached. Drain.
Place the berries, bourbon, and confectioners’ sugar in separate bowls. Dip the berries in the bourbon and then in the sugar. Serve, accompanied with the whipped cream.
