Stuffed Mushrooms
Instructions:
- 1 pound large mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- ½ cup fine, soft bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon parsley, diced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- Wash mushrooms, remove stems and dice stems.
- Melt butter in skillet, add mushroom stems and onion, and sauté.
- Add crumbs, parsley, salt, and catsup and mix well.
- Stuff mushroom caps with mixture, place in baking pan, add ¼ cup water, and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
