Stuffed plums
Instructions:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened;
- 1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped;
- 12 ripe plums.
- Combine cream cheese and pecans.
- Cut plums in half and remove the pits.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on plum halves.
- Put halves together like a sandwich and serve.
