Sweet potato with honey and cream
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Put the sweet potatoes into a roasting pan and roast for 40 minutes.
- When the sweet potatoes are almost cooked, pour the cream into a large bowl.
- Add the sugar.
- Use a whisk of free-standing mixer to whip the cream to soft peaks.
- Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven. They will be crisp on the outside and tender in the middle.
- Cut them in half lengthwise.
- Put the sweet potatoes cut inside up on a serving plate then pour over the honey.
- Serve the hot sweet potatoes with the whipped cream.
