Taco Salsa
Instructions:
- 5 Fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3 cloves Fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 Fresh carrot
- 1/2 Chili pepper, cored
- Blend chili pepper, carrot, celery, lemon juice, and garlic.
- Mix in bowl with remaining ingredients.
- Serving Suggestions:
- in taco salad
- as a dip
- topping for green leafy salad
- wrapped in a fresh, hot tortilla
