Three Bean Salad
Instructions:
- 1 1/2 c cooked kidney beans
- 1 1/2 c cooked garbanzo beans
- 1 3/4 c cooked green beans
- 1/4 c onions, minced
- 1/4 c olives, sliced
- 2 T pimento, diced
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1/4 c water
- 3 T honey
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t Bragg Liquid Aminos
- In a large mixing bowl, stir vegetables together.
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, water and seasonings.
- Pour over vegetables and mix well.
- Place in refrigerator for several hours, allowing flavors to marinate.
- Makes 5 cups.
