Tuscan herbed salt
Instructions:
- Place all of the ingredients in a spice grinder or small food processor and pulse until finely chopped and well mixed. Use the salt right away or store in an airtight container up to 1 month.
- Tips and Techniques. The herbs will leave a sticky green residue on the blades of the spice grinder. To remove it, fill the grinder half full of uncooked rice. Grind the rice until it is pulverized, then pour it out. The rice should have polished away the residue, but if it was particularly sticky, repeat. Wipe away any rice dust with a dry towel.
