Vinaigrette mushrooms
Instructions:
- 8 ounces of fresh mushrooms;
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar;
- 1⁄4 cup + 2 tablespoons cider vinegar;
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil;
- 1 small onion, minced;
- 1 teaspoon oregano;
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
- Clean mushrooms.
- Boil them for 10 minutes in a mixture of 2 tablespoons cider vinegar and enough water to cover them.
- Mix all other ingredients together and add mushrooms.
- Refrigerate overnight.
