Wasabi Tuna Burgers
Instructions:
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1½ lbs (750 g) tuna steak, trimmed and finely chopped
- 1 tsp (5 mL) prepared wasabi
- 1 tsp (5 mL) soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) dark sesame oil
Combine green onions, tuna, wasabi and soy sauce. Form into 4 patties, 1 to 1½ inches (2.5 to 4 cm) thick, and coat with oil. Broil or grill over a high fire, turning once, until browned on the outside but still rare on the inside, about 2 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
