Watermelon fresco
Instructions:
6 cups coarsely chopped seeded watermelon;
1 cup crushed ice;
1⁄4 cup granulated sugar;
2 tbsp lime juice;
4 lime wedges.
In blender, combine watermelon, crushed ice, sugar and lime juice until smooth and frothy. Stir and serve over ice in glasses. Garnish with lime wedges.
