Watermelon Slices with Basil Sea Salt
- 8 slices of ripe yellow or red watermelon (or a mix)
- Herbed Sea Salt (basil)
Instructions:
Basil, which goes perfectly with watermelon, provides a nice accent.
- Sprinkle the watermelon with the basil salt and serve each guest two slices.
