Whipped cream topping
Instructions:
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin;
- 1 tablespoon water;
- 1 cup heavy cream;
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar;
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla.
- In a small bowl, soften the gelatin in the water. Place over hot water and heat until gelatin dissolves. Blend gelatin with cream, then whip until stiff. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla.
