White Bean Red Pepper Spread

- One 16-ounce can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 teaspoons mellow white miso
- 1 roasted red bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions:
This spread is great as a dip for veggies or as a filling for sandwiches.
- Puree all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor until smooth and creamy.
