Wish Cookies
Instructions:
You’ll wish you’d made more!
10 graham crackers, crushed
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
½ cup chopped almonds
6 ounces chocolate chips
½ cup sweetened, shredded coconut
1 can condensed milk
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter with graham crackers. Mix well.
- Press crumb mixture into bottom of a 13” × 9” pan.
- Sprinkle nuts, then chocolate chips, and coconut (in that order) over cracker crumbs.
- Gently pour condensed milk over top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting.
