Yogurt foam with strawberries
Instructions:
- Pour the yogurt and cream into a large bowl and mix well.
- Sweeten with sugar, if you like.
- Pass the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into the siphon.
- Charge the siphon with the cartridge. Let cool in the fridge.
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then halve them.
- Shake the siphon vigorously just before serving.
- Dispense the foam into small bowls or glasses, then top with the strawberries.
